    This listing is for an 1870 3 Cent Silver NGC certified PR66CAM. A scarce cameo issue with deep mirrored fields. The offered example is deeply toned and it does mute the contrast a bit but the frosty lustrous devices qualify this one as an unmistakable cameo.
