    Description

    7905 Here is a beautiful antique infant's Christening gown from the late 19th century. It is made of crisp white cotton fabric, and extensively decorated with fine machine made tucking, hand made Broderie Anglaise lace (hand embroidered cut work, floral designs). The measurement across the back, sleeve cuff to sleeve cuff is 26 inches; the length is 39 inches, and the skirt dimension is about 74 inches around. It is in excellent antique condition, but has a series of small holes on the back side-the latter 2 photos show these.
