Infant Girls White Christening Dress, Slip, & Coat, Size 6 Months

Vintage infant girl's white Christening outfit is a confection of lace, ruffles and embroidery.
Sheer nylon embroidered long sleeve coat is edged with lace and closes with satin ties. Body is lined with acetate. The coat has pinholes in the sleeves and light stains in the front.
Sheer nylon short sleeve dress is edged with lace. It closes with two snaps in the rear. Light stains around the neck, otherwise good condition.
Acetate slip has light stains around the neck and tears in the side seams under the arms.
Probably 1960's.
No size label, however I estimate size 6 months. Please review garment measurements:
Dress-
13.5" (34 cm) across at the chest
15.5" (39 cm) from the center back neck to the hem
Coat-
15" (38 cm) across at the chest
16.5" (42 cm) from the center back neck to the hem
Slip-
12" (30.5 cm) across at the chest
15" (38 cm) from the shoulder to the hem
Hand washed and ready to wear.
